How to Apply
- Complete the Achieve application form (Download PDF here.)
- Submit supporting documentation of learning disability including previous psychoeducational evaluations.
Mail all application materials to the address listed at the bottom of our web page; you may also email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon favorable review of your completed application to Achieve, you will be contacted to schedule an in-person interview with us. The cost of the interview is $150 payable on the day of the interview by credit card, cash, or check to the Achieve Program.
Applicants who are accepted into the Achieve Program will be charged a fee each semester for services. All freshmen are charged Level 1 fees ($3200 per semester) for full services. Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate students may choose from three different service bundles: Level 1 ($3200 per semester); Level 2 ($2800 per semester); and Level 3 ($2000 per semester).
