Apply to Achieve

Now accepting applications for Spring and Fall 2025 entry. 
Applications for a spring start must be received and completed before the start of the spring semester. 

1. Download and complete the Achieve Application
2. Provide copies of IEP, 504, Psychoeducational, or Neuropsych documentation
3. Submit application materials to 📧 achieve@siu.edu
4. Achieve staff will update you on your status within two weeks of submission.

Eligibility for Achieve

• High school courses must meet standard requirements for college admissions
• Successful application to Achieve
• Cognitive abilities commensurate with college achievement
• Age appropriate social and emotional maturity
• Documented learning disability, attention deficit disorder, or other related learning differences
