Apply to Achieve

For the Fall 2025 semester, applications must be complete and submitted before August 11th! You still have time to apply for the upcoming semester.

We are currently accepting applications for the Spring 2026 semester and beyond! 
Applications for a spring start must be received and completed before January 12th, 2026. 

  1. Download and complete the Achieve Application
  2. Provide copies of your IEP, 504, Psychoeducational, or Neuropsych documentation
  3. Submit application materials to 📧 achieve@siu.edu
  4. Achieve staff will update you on your status within two weeks of submission.

Eligibility for Achieve

  • High school courses must meet standard requirements for college admissions
  • Successful application to Achieve
  • Cognitive abilities commensurate with college achievement
  • Age appropriate social and emotional maturity
  • Documented learning disability, attention deficit disorder, or other related learning differences
